Easterseals PORT Health is hiring a full-time Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join the Community Regional Crisis Response team in Northern Virginia. You will provide rapid crisis intervention, assessments, and treatment planning, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in the community.

The role requires a master’s degree in a license-eligible field, Virginia LPC/LCSW/LMFT eligibility, and 1 year of mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in a license-eligible field.
• License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia.
• 1 year of experience with mental health populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, mobile crisis intervention, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Deliver intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk.
• Lead meetings to engage support networks and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions; participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Travel to Charlottesville, Lynchburg, and Harrisonburg as part of the role.
