Easterseals PORT Health in Northern Virginia is recruiting a licensed or license-eligible Mobile Crisis Coordinator (CR2) to provide immediate, mobile crisis intervention for individuals in mental health crises. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and delivering intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk.

You’ll work on a multidisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in rotating on-call shifts across Arlington, Alexandria,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible field
• Virginia LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license eligibility
• Crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making
• 1 year experience with mental health populations preferred
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate mobile crisis intervention; conduct assessments; develop treatment plans; deliver intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk
• Lead meetings to engage support networks; create service plans; coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all client interactions; participate in rotating on-call schedule
