Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health meeting Indiana licensure requirements (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) or equivalent.
• Active provisional licensure in Indiana (LSW/LMFTA/LMHCA) preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provides crisis triage and determine level of care after 988 or other referrals.
• Responds to crisis in the community as part of a 24/7 mobile crisis team.
• Assess safety, suicide risk, and develop appropriate crisis plans.
• Coordinate with schools, law enforcement, shelters and other services as part of CCBHC crisis response continuum.
• Collaborate with peer recovery specialists, care coordinators and medical staff.
• Complete timely documentation and billing per guidelines.
• Identify community resources and assist clients in access.
