Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services operates as a mobile crisis outreach agency providing 24/7 crisis intervention for individuals across Burnet and Williamson Counties. The Crisis Clinician dispatches to locations such as schools, homes, and BTCS clinics to deliver intervention, screening, referrals, relapse prevention, and follow-up services.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services and at least two years of case management experience with a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with minimum two years case management experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and driving status throughout employment.
• Pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, social work or related field is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and case management in fast-paced settings.
• Engage in person-centered safety planning and de-escalation.
• Coordinate placements and linkages to ongoing services.
• Document services in integrated database systems and maintain records.
• Collaborate with families, first responders, schools, hospitals, and community agencies.
• Attend rotating on-call shifts with an on-call stipend.
