Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Creative Producer for ElevenReader, our fast-growing consumer audio app, to deliver creative marketing campaigns and build the creative engine powering performance marketing across channels. This role sits at the intersection of creative design, AI, and data-driven marketing.

You’ll lead concept creation, build scalable AI-powered workflows, and run testing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing creative systems and templates for ads.
• Strong command of AI-enabled creative workflows.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design creative systems, mood boards, briefs, and AI workflows.
• Produce brand-aligned visual campaigns end-to-end in Figma and ElevenLabs.
• Direct agency partners with briefs, scripts, storyboards, and feedback.
• Launch creative testing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Develop a structured creative roadmap with recurring testing sprints.
• Analyze performance data to identify winning creative patterns.
• Iterate and scale campaigns with performance marketing.
• Improve production pipeline with AI automation and reusable templates.
