CraneWorks is seeking a Shop Crane Technician in Hampton, NJ to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of crane equipment. Responsibilities include hands-on repair, testing electrical and hydraulic systems, and ensuring OEM specifications are met.

Strong communication and safety adherence are required. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mobile crane mechanics, familiarity with CANBUS, and ability to read manuals and drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mobile crane mechanic experience.
• Ability to read operating manuals, parts manuals, and technical drawings.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain crane equipment.
• Operate and inspect cranes to diagnose defects.
• Test mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems after repair to OEM specs.
• Maintain accurate work orders, timesheets and reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication; work overtime when needed.
