Job summary

PNK Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our in‑house teams on construction and manufacturing sites across the United States. You will operate mobile cranes, read load charts, and coordinate with riggers and supervisors to move materials and oversized loads safely.

The role requires NCCCO Crane Operator Certification, OSHA awareness, and the ability to work on active sites with precision and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating mobile cranes in construction, industrial, or manufacturing settings.
• Current NCCCO Crane Operator Certification is required.
• Knowledge of load charts, rigging practices, and crane safety procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifts safely and efficiently on active sites.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile cranes and lifting equipment per OSHA and safety policies.
• Lift, position, and transport construction materials and oversized loads.
• Perform daily crane inspections and complete equipment checklists.
• Read load charts and determine safe lifting capacities.
• Inspect rigging, slings, hooks, and lifting accessories before each lift.
• Communicate with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and crew.
• Maintain safe work area and report defects promptly.
• Assist with loading/unloading heavy materials.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards.
