Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and prints for concrete projects.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to elevations, aid in reinforcing steel placement.
• Assemble forms using various materials and systems.
• Verify structure accuracy with plumb, level, and laser.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for elevated work.
• Coordinate with foreman on material needs and safety.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and well-maintained.
• Assist with concrete placement as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
