Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CAPS training/certification.
• High School diploma or GED; an Associate’s in Human Services preferred.
• Within last 3 years, 12 months of paid or voluntary work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with participants to create self-directed recovery goals.
• Support educational, employment, social goals and resources.
• Attend socialization activities and recovery learning centers.
• Create WRAP Plans and facilitate peer support groups.
• Document progress in the electronic health records system.
• Perform other duties to fulfill MHP's mission.
