Rapids Contract is seeking a Commercial Foodservice Technician in Marion, IA for a full-time field service role. You will install, maintain, and repair restaurant equipment, work independently, own your calls, and be the trusted technician the customer asks for by name.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting a range of equipment, performing preventative maintenance, installing new gear, and presenting repair costs clearly to customers before closing out work orders on a mobile app.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years repairing commercial foodservice equipment, with real-time on hot and cold sides.
• EPA CFESA certification a plus (and if you want to earn it, we'll back you)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsabilités

• Repair and diagnose ovens, grills, fryers, steamers, dishwashers, refrigeration units, and ice machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance to manufacturer specs and verify proper startup.
• Explain repairs and costs to customers in plain language and close out work orders on a mobile app.
• Keep the service truck stocked and organized for efficient second calls.
