Job summary

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to service commercial coffee machines, typically two to three calls per day, with training leading to a company vehicle and home-based work setup.

Use a multimeter, read diagrams, identify outlet types, and document repairs clearly for clients. A valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and reliable smartphone are required for field work.

Qualifications

• Experience using a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults to root cause.
• Clear, professional writing of service notes with correct spelling and grammar.
• Comfort explaining findings to customers in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care.
• Refer to parts diagrams and machine documentation for part numbers.
• Explain findings clearly to customers and document work in ServiceTitan.
