Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification.
• Ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities within the region.
• Must live within driving distance of Care Initiatives communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Interact with residents, families and the healthcare team.
• Monitor health with routine vital checks.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities to support daily routines.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
