Job summary

AffiniCare, Care Initiatives’ internal staffing agency, seeks Mobile & Flexible CNAs to support 43 skilled nursing communities with a customizable schedule. You will travel between Care Initiatives locations to cover open shifts, delivering compassionate care and ensuring resident well-being.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months CNA experience, an active CNA certificate, and the ability to drive between communities within a reasonable distance. Flexible hours and competitive wages are offered.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable experience as a CNA.
• Active CNA certification.
• Ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities in the region.
• Must live within reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Perform routine health monitoring and vital checks.
• Encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols for a safe environment.

If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a customizable schedule that best fits your personal life, this is a great opportunity for you! Prefer a full-time schedule? No problem! Need part time hours? We’ve got those too! As a CNA with AffiniCare, you will be able to pick what hours you prefer to work and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within an area to assist with their open shifts.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
• Provide health monitoring including conducting routine vital checks.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for safety.

What it takes:

• Six (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CNA.
• Active CNA certification.
• The ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region.
• Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.
