QuantumCare is seeking a Mobile Clinical Tech to support our providers in delivering high-quality wound care services across clinic and in-home settings. This role works directly alongside Nurse Practitioners and physicians, assisting with patient flow, documentation, and overall visit efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is comfortable traveling.

Core Responsibilities:

• Travel with providers to patient visits (clinic and in-home settings)
• Help position patients and support providers during visits as needed
• Ensure providers have all necessary supplies and information for each patient
• Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment
• Support real-time charting within our EMR system during patient visits
• Accurately document visit details, treatments, and provider notes
• Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted timely
• Assist with scheduling coordination and daily route preparation
• Maintain organization of supplies and inventory for mobile visits
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient needs and updates
• Other duties as assigned
