Job summary

GYMGUYZ brings fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations with a certified personal trainer. You’ll deliver high-energy in-home and on-site sessions, design personalized programs, and track client progress using our mobile apps. Travel between sessions is encouraged to maximize client impact.

We offer competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour, performance bonuses, and clear growth paths into Master Trainer and leadership roles, plus ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Perform reassessments and track client progress in the app.
• Manage scheduling and communication with clients.
• Represent GYMGUYZ values in every session.
