Shepherd’s House Ministries in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Mobile Case Manager to deliver trauma-informed, participant-centered support and drive housing stability. We are seeking a passionate and mission-driven Mobile Case Manager to help expand the impact of Shepherd’s House Ministries across all sites and advance this life-changing work.
The Mobile Case Manager provides trauma-informed, participant-centered support to promote safety, stability, and progress toward housing and well-being. As part of a small mobile team, this role drives into areas throughout the Bend area, engaging participants, assessing needs, developing individualized plans, coordinating services, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with staff and community partners while upholding organizational values and ethical standards.
