Job summary

Endurance Home Care is seeking CNAs, CPAs, or HHAs with a valid driver’s license and a car for Per Diem positions spanning Weekday, Night, Evening, and Weekend Shifts in the New York area. Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, safe mobility, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiver experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Support safe mobility and fall prevention.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Transport clients for errands and appointments.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with prescriptions.
• Follow care plans and report health status to the team.
• Coordinate and attend medical appointments as needed.
• Participate in monthly training sessions.
