Job summary

Endurance Home Care in Ridgefield, CT is seeking CNA, PCA, and HHA caregivers with a valid driver's license and their own car. This per diem role offers Weekday, Night, Evening, and Weekend shifts with pay of $20–$25 per hour.

As a Care Professional you will provide companionship, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with mobility and daily living activities, and transport clients to appointments while following a care plan and reporting health changes to the Care Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a caregiver.
• Must have valid driver's license and own means of transportation.
• Willingness to commute within Fairfield County, CT.
• Legally authorized to work within the United States.
• Background check with no serious criminal offenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and mobility assistance to prevent falls.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care).
• Transport clients for errands and appointments.
• Reminders and assistance with medications.
• Follow care plan and report notes/changes to Care Team.
• Facilitate and coordinate medical appointments and health activities.
• Monthly in-service trainings.
