Job summary

sbclinics seeks a Medical Mobile Van Driver/Patient Access Navigator to safely drive the mobile van, setup equipment, and ensure timely arrival at events. You will also assist with patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and basic billing questions.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle readiness, supporting care coordination, and protecting patient confidentiality in line with SBNC policies. Prior driving experience and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience as Mobile Van Driver preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills needed.
• Excellent communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and transport the mobile medical van to service locations.
• Set up and dismantle equipment for events; ensure vehicle readiness.
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Support care coordination and EHR/EMR data entry for patient flow.
• Collect patient payments and address basic billing questions.
• Maintain confidentiality and SBNC policies in all interactions.
