Job summary

Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford seeks a Mobile Clinic Driver to support the Packard Children's Health Van Project. You will provide clinical and administrative assistance, schedule and register patients, and help drive the mobile unit to designated areas while maintaining vehicle safety.

Responsibilities include managing patient check-ins/outs, medical records preparation, and ensuring van readiness. Two years of related experience and a CA driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• License/Certification: CA Driver's License by Department of Motor Vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates safe transport and efficient use of the mobile unit to and from community sites.
• Assures van is maintained and all systems are functioning properly.
• Schedules routine maintenance, repair and cleaning for the van.
• Processes forms related to patient check-in and check-out, assists in locating and preparing medical records for patient visit.
