Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on building equipment across DC and VA. This mobile role requires driving to different locations and daily, weekly, and monthly inspections are conducted.

The position is based in Washington, DC/VA with hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Mileage is paid, and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Commercial building experience and operations knowledge.
• Universal CFC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on equipment, change filters, ballast, light bulbs, flush valves, toilet repairs, etc.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with all generally recognized safety procedures
• Other related responsibilities as assigned
