You will ensure efficient staffing, data‑driven improvements, and exceptional donor experiences while meeting quality, financial, and compliance goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage budgets and collaborate with recruitment to hit collection

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or management-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience; blood banking preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to track and analyze data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to managers, supervisors, and donor services staff.
• Oversee daily mobile blood collection operations and staffing levels.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and staff development decisions.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Manage staffing schedules and reduce overtime.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and high donor experience.
• Address donor concerns and staff performance professionally.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate organizational changes.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, QC, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor collection goals and analyze automation and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with recruitment to meet projections and goals.
• Analyze data to increase automated collections and productivity.
• Monitor inventory and communicate operational needs.
• Manage on-call staff rotation and budget planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
