Job summary

Hillman is hiring an Automotive Key Sales Representative to join our Mobile Automotive Key Services team in Atlanta, GA. You will drive sales by engaging customers on-site, educate them on key replacement and programming solutions, and collaborate with technicians to deliver outstanding service.

This role offers base pay with commission, car allowance, fuel card, paid training, and clear opportunities for growth within a expanding company. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident in engaging with customers.
• Able to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Willing to travel and manage field duties independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with customers to generate interest.
• Educate customers on automotive key replacement and programming services.
• Use consultative selling to uncover customer needs and close sales.
• Partner with Mobile Locksmith Technicians to deliver service.
• Maintain an organized, professional mobile sales environment.
• Represent Hillman with energy, professionalism, and integrity.
