Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic procedures on most vehicle makes and models.
• Assist service managers and estimators by providing documentation for mechanical or electronic repair services needed.
• Perform bumper-to-bumper mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Perform OEM software programming, ADAS calibrations, and diagnostics.
• Develop relationships with new customers and provide high-level service to existing customers.
• Grow market share and expand the customer base.
• Drive a company vehicle safely, courteously, and responsibly while avoiding traffic violations and accidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel periodically, including overnight stays when required by the position.
