Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and teammates is essential.
• Ability to read and follow repair instructions and factory standards.
• Maintain proper appearance and professional conduct on site and in transit.
• Must meet production and quality standards and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work in a mobile environment per repair orders.
• Coordinate with Parts to obtain needed components for jobs.
• Tag and return parts as required by warranty or customer request.
• Document all work performed and verify quality before handoff to customer.
• Attend ongoing training and stay updated on factory bulletins.
• Keep vehicles clean and follow safety and housekeeping rules.
• Comply with all regulations governing service work.
