Krause Auto Group is looking for a Mobile Service Technician to service customers in the field with a company-provided vehicle. The role focuses on light maintenance and repairs, not heavy line work, enabling better work-life balance and independence.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, filters, and multi-point inspections, using diagnostic tools to identify issues and advise customers. Join a family-operated group with a strong growth trajectory in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• Experience with maintenance and light repair work.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service directly to customers and work independently.
• Perform light maintenance and repair on various vehicles.
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, recalls, filters and inspections.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify concerns and recommend services.
• Document repairs and communicate with service advisors and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional field presence.
• Represent Krause Auto Group professionally in the field.
