As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll deliver high‑quality service directly to customers while working independently throughout your day.
Perform light maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicles
Complete oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, filters, and multi‑point inspections
Perform basic electrical and mechanical repairs
Use diagnostic equipment to identify maintenance‑related concerns
Recommend needed services based on inspections
Document repairs and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
Represent Krause Auto Group professionally in the field
2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
Experience with maintenance and light repair work
Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable using diagnostic tools and service equipment
Desire to grow within the automotive industry
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
