Dent Wizard is seeking a Paint Technician to perform high-quality automotive reconditioning at customer locations. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and requires travel to dealer, rental, and auction sites.

The starting compensation is $65,000-$75,000 per year, with long-term earning potential of $70,000-$150,000+. Benefits and ongoing training are provided, along with a company vehicle and gas card.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
