Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Paint Repair Technician with experience to perform bumper/panel painting, blending, touch-ups, and headlight restoration in a fast-paced garage environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of automotive paint experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with matching, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive paint experience REQUIRED.
• Must be willing to work on an on-site mobile type dealership environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Bumper and panel painting.
• Spot panel blend and clear blending.
• Paint touch-up and chip repair.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair.
• Headlight reconditioning.
• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
