Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Wheel Repair Technician to repair, paint, and inspect wheels, with duties including removal and installation from vehicles. The role operates in a fast-paced garage environment with team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of automotive paint experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a clean driving record. Pre-employment background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive paint experience.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must communicate with management on issues noticed during breakdown of tires is a must.
• Must be organized and understand quality demands.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Repair wheels with road rash, scratches, scuffs, etc.
• Paint surfaces of wheels.
• Inspect wheels to be repaired.
• Removal of wheels from vehicle and installation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
