Job summary

HNS Recovery is seeking an Automotive Locksmith Technician to join a fast-paced, multi-lot team in Texas. You will maintain equipment, process work orders, and perform key cutting and programming across assigned lots using Lishi tools.

Expect a dynamic, hands-on role with customer-facing duties and strict policy adherence. Requirements include 25+ years old, 2 years locksmithing, a high-school diploma, a valid Texas license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years locksmithing experience.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Punctual, responsible, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Valid Texas driver's license with no suspensions in the last two years.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass pre-employment screening and drug testing.
• Able to thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Customer and Company policies and procedures to meet compliance.
• Keep equipment and inventory in the assigned company vehicle.
• Accurately submit photos, invoices, and work orders into the invoicing system promptly.
• Use Lishi tools to decode locks and cut/program new vehicle keys.
