Job summary

HNS Recovery is seeking an Automotive Locksmith Technician to join our Texas crew. You will be assigned to one lot (Fort Worth, Duncanville, Balch Springs, McKinney) with a company van and equipment, then rotate to other lots to assist in key production.

You must be 25+, have a high school diploma, 2+ years locksmithing, and pass screenings. Expect a hands-on, multi-lot environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years locksmithing experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with no suspensions in past 2 years.
• Pass pre-employment screening including drug test.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Maintain equipment and inventory in assigned vehicle.
• Submit photos, invoices, and work orders promptly.
• Decode locks using Lishi tools and cut/program keys.
