Job summary

HNS Recovery is seeking an Automotive Locksmith Technician to join a fast-paced, casual team as we expand across Texas. You’ll train in Dallas (Mon-Fri) and then work Sunday–Friday in San Antonio after training.

You’ll help decode locks, cut and program keys, and manage equipment and invoicing with our secure system. Eligibility includes 25+ years old, a TX driver's license with no recent suspensions, a clean background, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old and have a valid Texas driver’s license with no suspensions in the last two years.
• High-school diploma or equivalent is required and a clean background is essential.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to work without constant supervision.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer experience are necessary.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening and unannounced drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all customer and company policies and ensure compliance.
• Keep equipment and inventory within an assigned company vehicle.
• Submit photos, invoices, and work orders into an invoicing system promptly.
• Decode locks using Lishi tools and cut/program new vehicle keys.

We are looking for the right candidate to process keys at our San Antonio lot. You will train in Dallas and will be compensated $700/week during training then your pay will change to $1,400 biweekly. Training will be done in Dallas Monday to Friday then your schedule will be Sunday - Friday in San Antonio after training.

As an Automotive Locksmith Technician on our team,

You:

• Are at least 25 years of age
• Have a high-school diploma or equivalent
• Are punctual and responsible
• Are detail-oriented and a team player
• Are motivated and can work without constant supervision
• Are organized and driven to meet deadlines
• Have a valid Texas Driver’s license without a suspension in the last two years
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a clean background
• Can pass pre-employment screening and unannounced drug screening throughout your employment
• Can thrive in a multi-cultural and multi-generational environment

You should:

• Have basic computer experience and typing skills
• Have a smartphone with a good quality camera
• Be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
• Be comfortable using various technologies (phones, tablets, computers, cameras etc.)

The Job:
