Hillman Group in Nashville, TN seeks an Automotive Key Sales Specialist to grow our Mobile Automotive Key Services business. In this role you’ll bring key replacement and programming solutions directly to customers via a fully equipped mobile sales van, turning conversations into sales and building lasting relationships.

The role offers a $25/hour base pay plus 5% commission, a car allowance, fuel card, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a rapidly expanding team.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate conversations and engage customers with confidence
• Generate interest and create demand for automotive key services
• Educate customers on key replacement and programming solutions
• Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs
• Overcome objections and guide customers toward purchasing decisions
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities
• Partner with Mobile Locksmith Technicians to deliver outstanding service
• Build relationships with retail partners and local customers
• Identify new opportunities to drive sales growth
• Maintain a professional, organized mobile sales environment
• Represent the Hillman brand with energy, professionalism, and integrity
