Job summary

Pro-MotionPix is seeking an Automotive Inventory Specialist to physically visit multiple dealership locations, capture vehicle images, and create 360° views for online listings.

The role requires a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, travel between Fremont, San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Newark, Union City, and nearby areas while maintaining accurate vehicle data and media.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations.
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday full-time schedule.
• Walk, stand, bend and perform physical tasks daily.
• Basic smartphone and mobile-app skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous hands-on automotive or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review scheduled vehicle assignments.

Automotive Inventory Specialist

Schedule: End time may vary depending on completion of assigned dealership work

Service Area: Fremont, San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Newark, Union City, and surrounding areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Hourly earnings are made up of base pay plus per-vehicle photo compensation.

Pro-MotionPix supports automotive dealerships by helping them maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date online vehicle listings.

We're looking for someone dependable who enjoys being active, working outside, and visiting different dealership locations throughout the week.

In this role, you'll help dealerships get vehicles ready for their online listings. You'll locate vehicles, track down keys, move cars when necessary, and create the images, 360° views, and videos used to market inventory online.

You'll be provided with an iPhone and our mobile application, and we'll train you on exactly how the process works.

You don't need professional photography experience. What matters most is that you're dependable, organized, comfortable working on your own, and able to follow a consistent process.

What You'll Handle

Once you arrive at a dealership, you'll work through the assigned inventory for that location. Responsibilities can include:

• Reviewing your scheduled vehicle assignments

• Reporting vehicles that cannot be located or are not ready
  
• Making sure each assignment meets Pro-MotionPix quality standards
  
• Traveling between dealerships according to your assigned schedule
  
• Keeping your work organized so scheduled assignments are completed on time
  

The job requires a combination of vehicle handling, customer interaction, technology, and attention to detail .
