Job summary

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Automotive Field Support Specialist for the San Ramon area. This field-based role involves daily travel to multiple dealership locations to photograph vehicles, manage inventory, and keep online listings up to date. You’ll use a company-provided iPhone and app to capture 360° views and short videos.

Responsibilities

• Drive a personal vehicle to multiple dealership locations on assigned routes.

• Enter and review information in a mobile app and communicate with dealership staff.

Hiring Area: Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Castro Valley, Hayward, Sunol, and nearby communities

Compensation: $25.00++ per hour

Hourly earnings include a base rate plus per-vehicle photo compensation. Pay may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

Get Out of the Office and Work in the Automotive Industry

Pro-MotionPix is looking for a reliable, active team member to support automotive dealerships throughout the Tri-Valley and surrounding East Bay communities.

This is a field-based position , meaning you will spend your day traveling between dealership locations rather than working from one and in an office. You’ll work with vehicles, help keep dealership inventory organized, and make sure vehicles are properly prepared for their online listings.

The position combines vehicle handling, inventory support, dealership communication, and mobile photography . You will use a company-provided iPhone and mobile application to photograph vehicles, create 360° views, and record videos.

Photography experience is not required . We provide paid training and teach you our equipment, application, and process.

This is also not a traditional photographer position . The priority is completing each assignment accurately, efficiently, and according to the required process.

What You'll Be Doing

Your daily assignments will vary by dealership, but may include:

• Driving your personal vehicle to multiple dealership locations during your assigned route
  
• Reviewing the day's inventory assignments and locating vehicles on dealership property
  
• Tracking down vehicle keys and confirming where vehicles are parked
  
• Moving cars when necessary so they can be properly staged
  
• Taking standardized vehicle photos for dealership websites and online listings
  
• Creating 360° vehicle views and short videos using company equipment
  
• Entering and reviewing information through a mobile app
  
• Communicating with dealership employees regarding vehicles, keys, and inventory
  
• Reporting vehicles that cannot be located or are unavailable
  
• Resolving routine issues that come up during the route
  
• Keeping assignments moving so the day's scheduled work is completed on time
  
• Representing Pro-MotionPix professionally at each dealership

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

To be considered, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license
  
• A dependable personal vehicle for travel between dealerships
  
• The ability to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule
  
• The ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  
• Comfort working outside in varying weather conditions
  
• Basic smartphone and mobile-app skills
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• A consistent work history; one year or more is preferred
  
• Automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, maintenance, or other hands-on experience is preferred
  
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not necessary
  
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
