Pro-MotionPix is seeking an Automotive Inventory Specialist to manage dealership inventory, photograph vehicles, and upload media for online listings. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and requires traveling between Fremont, San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Newark, Union City, and nearby locations.

You will locate vehicles, gather keys, move cars as needed, and create standard photos, 360° views, and videos using a company iPhone.

Formación

• Valid driver's license required.

Job Description

Automotive Inventory Specialist

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Schedule: End time may vary depending on completion of assigned dealership work

Service Area: Fremont, San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Newark, Union City, and surrounding areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Hourly earnings are made up of base pay plus per-vehicle photo compensation.

Pro-MotionPix supports automotive dealerships by helping them maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date online vehicle listings.

We're looking for someone dependable who enjoys being active, working outside, and visiting different dealership locations throughout the week.

In this role, you'll help dealerships get vehicles ready for their online listings. You'll locate vehicles, track down keys, move cars when necessary, and create the images, 360° views, and videos used to market inventory online.

You'll be provided with an iPhone and our mobile application, and we'll train you on exactly how the process works.

You don't need professional photography experience. What matters most is that you're dependable, organized, comfortable working on your own, and able to follow a consistent process.

What You'll Handle

Once you arrive at a dealership, you'll work through the assigned inventory for that location. Responsibilities can include:

• Reviewing your scheduled vehicle assignments
• Finding vehicles throughout dealership lots
• Locating keys and confirming vehicle availability
• Moving vehicles to the appropriate staging area
• Capturing standardized vehicle images
• Creating 360° vehicle views and videos
• Using a company iPhone and mobile application to document completed work
• Communicating with dealership employees about vehicle status and availability
• Reporting vehicles that cannot be located or are not ready
• Making sure each assignment meets Pro-MotionPix quality standards
• Traveling between dealerships according to your assigned schedule
• Keeping your work organized so scheduled assignments are completed on time

The job requires a combination of vehicle handling, customer interaction, technology, and attention to detail .

Requirements

What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle for traveling between dealership locations
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday full-time schedule
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Basic smartphone and mobile-app skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Manual transmission experience is helpful, but not required
• Previous hands-on, automotive, warehouse, delivery, construction, or similar experience is preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
