Job summary

Chips Auto Glass is hiring Automotive Glass Technicians in Indianapolis, IN. The role covers in-shop and mobile installations, requiring both cold knife and fiber line removal. You will deliver high-quality results with strong customer service, following AGRSS standards.

Qualifications

• AGRSS certified or must obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 3+ years of equivalent experience, 1+ year required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must consistently exceed productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install vehicle glass using Cold Knife, Extractors and Fiber Line per AGRSS and Dow procedures.
• Deliver all services efficiently at shop or mobile locations with focus on safety and customer service.
• Operate company vehicle safely and communicate with customers and dispatch.
• Mentor, train and assist other Technicians daily.
• Perform ADAS recalibration using Autel Scan Tools where needed.
• Report issues to Glass Service Manager and complete assigned training.
