Job summary

Chips Auto Glass is actively recruiting Automotive Glass Technicians to join our team. This is a mobile Glass Technician position, with work in shop and at customer locations, delivering high-quality glass installation and customer service.

The role requires AGRSS certification or the plan to obtain it within 6 months, 3+ years of experience (1+ year minimum), a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• AGRSS certification required or must become certified within 6 months.
• 3+ years of automotive glass technician experience preferred, 1+ year required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install vehicle glass professionally following AGRSS standards and proper adhesive processes.
• Perform shop and mobile service deliveries and communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and manage work orders, communication, and documentation.
