Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking an Auto Glass Technician in the shop or mobile setting. You will perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations using Safelite tools, ensuring safety and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety and quality.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM).
• Communicate with customers in-person, via text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
