Job summary

The Glass Doctor of North Texas is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to replace and install windshields, side and rear glass, and moldings with precision. You will perform ADAS calibrations and diagnose sensor issues, while maintaining safety standards and high-quality workmanship.

This full-time role in Carrollton, TX offers OT, a bonus opportunity, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional auto glass installation experience
• Experience with ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic)
• Must pass background check and MVR driving eligibility

Responsibilities

• Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, back glass, and moldings with elite attention to detail
• Perform static & dynamic ADAS calibrations using Autel or OEM-approved systems
• Diagnose and resolve camera, radar, and sensor alignment issues
• Follow OEM repair procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Protect customer vehicles and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized van and workspace
• Complete 5–7 quality jobs per day (mobile & shop mix)
• Work schedule Monday-Friday 7:30a with rotating Saturdays
