Job summary

The Glass Doctor of North Texas in Dallas, TX is hiring an Auto Glass Technician to join our expanding team. You will install OEM windshields, perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations, and maintain high standards of workmanship across mobile and shop settings.

We seek candidates with 2+ years of experience in auto glass installation, strong knowledge of urethane systems, and a customer-first mindset. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional auto glass installation experience
• (1+ year considered for strong candidates)
• Experience with ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic)
• Strong knowledge of urethane systems, trim removal, and R&R techniques
• Comfort using tablets, apps, and calibration software
• A professional appearance & customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license; pass background check and MVR/driving eligibility
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

Responsibilities

• Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, back glass, and moldings with elite attention to detail
• Perform static & dynamic ADAS calibrations using Autel or OEM-approved systems
• Diagnose and resolve camera, radar, and sensor alignment issues
• Follow OEM repair procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Protect customer vehicles using proper covers, tools, and materials
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, demonstrating a here-to-serve mindset
• Maintain a clean, organized van and workspace
• Complete 5–7 quality jobs per day (mobile & shop mix)
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30a with rotating Saturdays
