Job summary

Safelite in Dalhart, TX is hiring a Technician Trainee in a mobile role. You will be trained to become a Safelite-certified Technician, performing auto glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations with hands-on learning and classroom instruction.

Expect travel within the market and onboarding in Amarillo, TX. You will start with paid training and competitive hourly pay, with potential advancement to Senior Tech and Master Tech levels based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice Safelite methods through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe, assist, and eventually perform auto glass installation and repair.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostics.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools; maintain professionalism and customer service.
