Dent Wizard seeks an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join our field team. This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform high-quality reconditioning and paint touch-ups using advanced spray equipment while earning commissions with uncapped potential.

With 5+ years in collision repair or bodywork, you will prep, blend, and finish surfaces, work independently at partner sites such as dealerships and auctions, and deliver fast, flawless results that meet exacting standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform automotive reconditioning activities and paint touch-ups.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to high standards.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that meet or exceed expectations.
