Dent Wizard is seeking an Auto BodyPaint Technician to serve client sites with high-quality reconditioning work, from touch-ups to extensive repairs.

This 100% commission role offers uncapped earnings, with first-year potential around $65k–$75k and long-term earnings up to $150k+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform automotive reconditioning from paint touch-ups to full surface repairs.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
