Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to perform high-quality reconditioning tasks at customer sites, often at dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. The role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and first-year earnings projected between $50,000 and $75,000, with long-term potential $70,000 to $150,000+.

Candidates should have 5+ years in collision repair or bodywork, strong color matching, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
