Job summary

Wittenbach Business Systems LLC is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to maintain and repair cash automation products, ATMs, and ITMs. You will interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and perform routine maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting abilities in electronics and equipment configuration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Acceptable Driving Record.
• Proficient in Android app software for timecards, expenses, inventory control management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues; disassemble and repair assemblies.
• Understanding of input settings and configuration of equipment; provide feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

• Servicing customer equipment daily; obtain access and service logs; document date/time and actions.
• Independently identify and resolve common technical problems; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Complete daily administrative actions; log hours, travel, and attendance; report to management.
• Ensure company vehicle is operable and stocked; secure equipment after visits.
