Job Overview

We are offering a limited-time $1,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of active employment.

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital to our Retail Team, responsible for engaging customers and bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations. They create energy around our products and services, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail environment, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Complete training on store experience, products, systems, and procedures, including opening and closing duties, and secure kiosk assets.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and exceed expectations. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Collaborate with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and team building
  • Competitive in sales and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S., at least 18 years old
