Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These associates thrive in high-traffic environments, are passionate about the connected world, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, educating customers, and recommending solutions to meet their needs.
Starting hourly pay is $19.00, plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. After training, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for annual stock grants and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, parental leave, tuition assistance, and discounts on mobile and internet services.
