Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These associates thrive in high-traffic environments, are passionate about the connected world, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, educating customers, and recommending solutions to meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions, identify customer needs, and demonstrate the value of our products and services to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, systems, and store procedures, including opening and closing duties, and secure kiosk assets.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by connecting personally, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. Follow up with customers and manage referrals and sales processes.
5. Collaborate with store leadership and nearby teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail (Required)

Additional Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $19.00, plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. After training, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for annual stock grants and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, parental leave, tuition assistance, and discounts on mobile and internet services.
