Overview

Mobile Associates are key members of our Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These ambassadors thrive in high-traffic environments, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They excel in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and educating customers about solutions, exceeding performance targets through excellent service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools and effective communication to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools to understand customer needs and demonstrate product value, helping customers learn to self-serve via the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on products, systems, and store procedures, maintaining knowledge of current promotions and store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and foster loyalty; follow up with customers and manage referrals and sales processes.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures, security, and asset management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or sales, preferably retail.

Skills & Abilities

• Passionate about customer satisfaction and effective at connecting with customers.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and share best practices.
• Confident in sales and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $19.00, with incentives available during training and upon promotion. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives.
